@ Trinads2 - Maybe the 23 injured wallabies are the ones hit by the roo bars in the outback?

As can't think of more than about 5 rugby playing ones who'd make a significant difference on the paddock....

I cannot think of one Wallaby who would make the All Blacks.

Previously Genia, but no way since Smith arrived on the scene.

I have to say i dont really think the ABs will be putting 40-50 points on the pumas home or away.Just as 100+ point games are now a rarity,,the time of putting 40-50 points on class teams is fast comming to an end imo..Myself i think it will be a 10-15 point victory max ,the pumas are no pushovers ,and havent been for yrs..As i said earlier C.James comments are just to fill newspaper inches nothing more.

KiwiLad:

Ok maybe 4th string. Unavailable for Aus at the moment due to injuries, 23 wallabies !! Just showed the list on foxsports rugby club. I knew there was a lot, but not 23 ?? I guess we do have depth, it's just they are all injured !!!

I could only see 5 (on current form and injury free) in the ABs and 14 in the Boks.

KiwiLad says...

Trinats, you can only play whats put in front of you, and your comment about 2nd string is flattering them.

Who in the front line of Aus players would make the ABs?? Or the Bokke??

@passtheball

All blacks v Argentina in Argentina

Played 6 All Blacks have won 5 with one match ending in a draw.

So the ABs have the better record in Argentina.

Where did that inane, irrelevant, headline come from?

flyman says...

They can improve, but will they against the Argies & the Boks?

Posted 03:42 30th August 2012

ruckingkiwi says...

"Second string" or second rate?

Yeah the ABs will improve and they will need to improve... they only had a week in camp prior to the first 2 tests and without their most influential back they let a lot of tries go missing.. we should hopefully see a few more chances converted now he's back.

sukkadoits says...

@passtheball You underestimate Crockett. I can't think of anyone who has dominated him in the scrum this year. If you are forming your opinion based on the lesson Castro gave him v Italy a few years back, he is not the same player. Besides, Castro cheated in the scrum all day that day. However, I do commend the Wily old Fox for using all his experience to dominate the young fella, effectively stopping his International career in its tracks.

We shall see in a couple of weeks time.

melkdave says...

Well id be very surprised if any player or coach ,came out and said theres no room for inprovment we will never play better. So C.Janes comments are completly worthless ,and just to fill newspaper inches.ect.

And TRINATS2 a second string aussie side ,since when ,excuses excuses again and not facing realality. That was the best avilable wallabies team full stop ,no excuses

peewee2 says...

in other words he is "probably", my quotations, expecting easier games against the Boks and Pumas

passtheball says...

No one dominates Argentina at home. If Crockett plays he will be found out, big time and the rest of the forwards will need be in top form or the backs might be living on scraps. SA V Arg was a snorefest.

Trinats2 says...

"All Blacks can still improve"

I should hope so, against a second string Aussie side. Can't have the Saffas leap froging us !!!
