Lions fly-half: Butch James

Golden Lions coach Johan Ackerman has made three changes to his starting line-up to face Western Province in Cape Town on Saturday.

Veteran fly-half Butch James replaces Elton Jantjies (who has been called up to South Africa's matchday 22) at fly-half, while Dylan des Fountain starts at centre in place of Jaco Taute (also on Bok duty).

In the forwards, last week's try-scoring super sub Jaco Kriel replaces Willie Britz who moves to the bench.

Meanwhile, Martin Bezuidenhout replaces Bandise Maku on the bench, Ruan Dreyer replaces CJ van der Linde (with the Springbok squad) on the bench, while Deon van Rensburg makes a welcome return from injury and starts from the bench in place of James.
