The Sharks have named returning Bok squad members Lwazi Mvovo and Craig Burden in their starting line-up to face the Golden Lions on Saturday.
John Plumtree has stuck largely with the team that played so well to beat Western Province last weekend but has brought in extra experience.
Steven Sykes returns from injury and will take up his second-row position alongside Anton Bresler, although Paul Jordaan, also back from a week on the sidelines following a knock he took against Griquas two weeks ago, has been named on the bench with Plumtree keeping the same midfield.
Mvovo replaces Rosko Specman on the wing and Burden returns in place of Pieter Dixon in an otherwise unchanged team.
"The Lions have found some good form, they are winning away from home and we have not beaten them since 2010 in all competitions which has been a long time," Plumtree told the Sharks website.
"We know what challenge lies ahead of us this weekend and it will be a very focussed Sharks side that goes up there for this match."
