Hopefully the Crusaders have had their day, it be nice to see Chiefs do it this year, or the Canes or even the Stormers.

of course the Chiefs could 'throw' this match, rest their key players, avoid potential injuries, for the remaining tournament matches.

Not as if this has not happened in the past.

the mighty chiefs have already wrapped up the conference so the crusaders should be favourites to win as they have a finals spot to play for the chiefs basically nothing to play for. one thing is almost for certain, it will a brilliant spectacle, domestic rugby does not get better than this match up

This will be one of the matches of the season - the Bulls are now ahead of the Crusaders, currently in fourth place and playing really well. The Bulls will likely hold on to fourth position, especially if they beat the Sharks on Saturday. If the Crusaders are to make the Top 6 it would be better to finish 4th or 6th. Finish 5th and there will be an 'away journey' to the team that finishes 4th.... Would they, or anyone else wish to play the Bulls at Loftus in an away quarter final?

I am affraid that the Crusaders blew there advantage last weekend by not sneaking a win against the Hurricanes. In any event good luck to both teams and let us hope that what ever the result that no serious injuries are sustained!

"We will come out swinging" says Crotty. SBW, as the Heavyweight Champion, needs to get ready.

This game is important to sort out which franchise will be the dominant team in NZ going forward. The Crusaders have had the field almost to themselves recently and their players have benefited. Both teams will be desperate to win this one.
