Think its to early for him to play against Wales and even though he does add to the italain pack they have very good cover for him anyway its their backline that needs help its in disarray atm imo.I think the time has come for them to abandon trying to find a kicking fly half and concentrate on finding a running passing /offloading one that can break tackles who can organise a pick and go drive ect. Then really put the time in to turn Mi .Bergamasco and L.McLean into good penalty kickers .Masi imo is out of form so should be droped and replaced with Mi.Bergamasco at 15 .Defensivly they need to be right up in the welsh centers faces and Preistlands / Phillipswhile on attack running at them espically the gap between Priestland and Davies

Too risky no matter how fast the recovery is. At least save it for the last, far more important game aginst Scotland.
To appreciate his likely will to play even as injuried.
Sometimes wounded bear cause twice the damage against foes

Coach obviously thinks it is worth a risk.
Hope he doesn't get injured.

if he causes any trouble for Wales or Scotland I think they could have him off the pitch pretty quickly if those ribs still aren't right, it does seem a little hasty doesn't it APV1. All it'll take is a well placed hit or even a sly dig in a ruck and he'll be wincing.

Having cracked and broken ribs boxing and playing rugby, I am amazed at the speed of his recovery. It just shows what the top medical help can do.
Let's hope he's not recalled too soon!
