New Zealand prevailed over the Pumas with a solid 54-15 victory. Now we rate the All Blacks at Estadio Único Ciudad de La Plata.
15 Israel Dagg: The full-back wasn't at his best on Saturday. He passed the ball more often than he ran. 6/10
14 Cory Jane: Was on fire in scoring a hat-trick. His highlight was when he stole a Hernandez pass and carried the ball for around 50 metres for his third five pointer. 8/10
13 Conrad Smith: Secure in defence. He distributed well, giving his team-mates the chance to attack with width. 7/10
12 Ma'a Nonu: One try and an assist that saw Aaron Smith flying between the posts. Nonu was pure power. 8/10
11 Julian Savea: Did exactly what he had to do...score tries. 7/10
10 Dan Carter: Efficient as usual kicking for posts. He knew the key was playing a very open and fast game against Argentina. He was the music director of the All Black orchestra. 8/10
9 Aaron Smith: His five points were crucial. From that moment on, the ABs took total control of the Test. Smith created quick ball. 7/10
8 Kieran Read: What a game. The loose forward was the first tackler and the first support player in the offence. Simply brilliant. 9/10
7 Richie McCaw: He did the dirty silent job for his squad. He clearly prevailed over Argentina's back-row 8/10
6 Liam Messam: Like McCaw, he didn't show himself much when the Kiwis attacked but was a superb defender. 7/10
5 Sam Whitelock: Was secure in the air and confident around the field. 7/10
4 Luke Romano: A blood injury took him out of the game two times until he got permanently replaced by Retallick. 5/10
3 Owen Franks: Great performance. Even though he wore the number 3 jersey, he looked like a flank as he tackled regularly and was an option when the All Blacks did their bit offensively. 8/10
2 Andrew Hore: Precise line-out thrower but struggled elsewhere. 5/10
1 Tony Woodcock: He did his job well up front. Was as proficient as the rest of the team when trying to get the ball back. 6/10
16 Keven Mealamu: Didn't have a major role in the All Black win but did guarantee his team safe throwing in the line-out. 6/10
17 Charlie Faumuina: Didn't play long enough to warrant a rating.
18 Brodie Retallick: The lock played very well, especially in defence. 7/10
19 Sam Cane: Didn't play long enough to warrant a rating.
20 Piri Weepu: Didn't play long enough to warrant a rating.
21 Aaron Cruden: Ticked all the boxes and created Nonu's try. 8/10
