Martin, it is a well known fact that little kids don't have long attention spans. i forgive you for this...i will try to leave out big word such as "allowed", "bulletjie-rugby", and foreign imports associated with the stormers as this does not compute in your mind, much the same as "professional era "

Sweatybitch, HONESTLY mate, you have to come up with better post than that! I almost fell asleep after the first line...

Martin, i dint know "bulletjie-rugby" counts as the highest level of rugby. i am glad to see your mom has allowed you access to internet again, always thought you were too immature for someone born in 78. Any comments on the foreign imports above local talent situation going on at the Stormers?

Jaystarr, dont worry mate, my 3 other PR profiles are far more sensitive towards the Fisheads than Martin Marais!

I cant help having a good chuckle everytime you guys respond when i point something out in the plastic rugby culture in Natal.

So, just chill Boet, dont take rugby so serious! It remains a game afterall. Trust me, i played the game at the highest level... uhhh, duhhh you do know Martin Marais is an alias??? ;)

@BokAvenger "Don't understand the lover affair with Josh Strauss"

I actually rate him quite high, but am realisitic; that's why I have him at 7 (as opposed to 8). Additionally, he's got the type of game that won't falter, no matter the level. And your question in regards to Kieren Reid vs Josh Strauss?? Depends where they are on the pitch. Reid won't go over him, I'll bet my home on that one.

@JamieTheProp - You have more chance of falling pregnant than England beating the Boks at home. Put the cap back on the cheap whiskey bottle.

I can't bloody wait! FACT!

England beating the Saffas in their own back yard - brilliant!

Shame it isn't Australia though - it's always better to beat the Aussies! But the Saffas will do until the Autumn!

@ martinmarais78: Listen, you need to get over your ridiculous, baseless and completely irrational hatered for the Sharks now, because it is getting beyond tedious. I will personally start a petition to Planet Rugby to have you removed from these discussions if you don't stop this childish nonsense. I am a Stormers supporter, but after nearly two years you are driving me insane with your incessant nonsensical drivel about anyone and anything from the Sharks. I don't know if some girl from Natal dumped you long ago or what, but your lame excuses for having such an obsessive compulsive dislike for the Sharks just don't cut it. Don't try and make it off as being a joke either, because for it to be a joke it has to be funny on some level. You just torture us with your mindless whining every freakin' day the Sharks feature - you are adding nothing constructive to the discussions or arguments. The funny thing is, when you're not off Sharks-hating you actually have some good points - why don't you start acting like an adult and drop the bullsh!* This is a rugby forum. Keegan Daniel and Patrick Lambie are BLOODY GOOD rugby players. If you can't see that, you don't belong on a rugby forum.

I know everyone will be saying this and that about this and that one having to be there and not having to be there and so on...

But leaving Siya Kolisi out while including guys like Willem "one-track" Alberts, Ryan Kankowski and CJ Stander, is a bloody JOKE!

There is NO excuse - of experience, form, age, WHATEVER - that can excuse his exclusion. He is the best loose-forward in South Africa right now.

And then I look at the sheet and see jokers like Zane Kirchner there... Siya Kolisi can play better full-back than Zane Kirchner!

Heyneke Meyer, I'm not respecting you right now - that omission alone shows your flaws.

Don't understand the lover affair with Josh Strauss. Sure, he'll run into a brick wall for you all day but that doesn't mean he's Springbok material. One of the kiwi commentators actually summed him up perfectly: "You get the feeling he's carrying a lot of injuries." And that is exactly the problem with Strauss - more heart than talent. It's not a criticism....it's just that at test level you can't survive by being a journeyman. The more talented guys on the field will expose you. Think about it...Kieren Reid vs Josh Strauss. I think we all know which one is the test player and which one is the club player.

Not a bad squad at all. I was very concerned that Meyer was going to pick old heads for this test series...but this is looking like the form bunch of players. Must admit that I also feel sorry for Kolisi. What a prospect he is. But Meyer has noticed him, no doubt about that. Would be good to see Ruan Pienaar back in the green and gold sometime too.

I like the mix of players, all in all. But to keep in line with the overall objective, my lineup would be:

1.Beast 2.Bis 3.Jannie 4.Etzebeth 5.Bekker 6.Brussouw 7.Strauss 8.Spies 9.Hougaard 10.Steyn 11.Habana 12.JDV 13.de Jongh 14.Basson 15.Pietersen

Strauss is tough as leather but doesn't get caught up in emotion. A solid, heady player. I like Alberts coming off the bench, does better when he's strong and others are suffering.

Dylbull says...

Ruan Pienaar has been phenomenal and should be included once the international window is open, as well as Frans Steyn.

I think it is a strong squad, ofcourse there are some players who have been unlucky to miss out but he can't pick everyone. would be interesting to see who he picks at 12 and 15 as well as the wings.

Depending on whether or nor Frans Steyn is included I would go with this line up for the backs: 9. Hougaard 10. M Steyn 11. Habana 12. De Villiers (captain) 13. De Jongh 14. Basson 15. F Steyn . .... Lambie, Pienaar and Taute on the bench

I like the idea of Frans at 12 but we need a captain and De Villiers has to be the front runner. Unless he goes for one of the existing S15 captains.... Josh Strauss or Spies?

My forwards: 1. Beast 2. Biz 3. J Du Plessis 4. Etzbeth 5. Bekker 6. Brussow 7. Alberts 8. J Strauss

Bench: Chilliboy, Greyling, Spies,J Kruger

@martinmarais78: You could do with some psychoanalysis to explore your relationship with the Sharks. What was your childhood like . . . ?
