Agree with melkdave, can't wait for the announcement. This is bad news for two young guys, now our past profligacy of back row players will come back and bite us (Hogg, Taylor, Beattie). Think Denton should be at 6 anyway mind you. Feel for Lee Jones, it would have been great for him and he's been developing well. We aren't that well served for wings at present, some of the U20 lads? Anyway, sorry for them both but let's get them well for the Autumn tests.

A shame for both players as they are both promising players of the future.Of the 2 though i feel Dentons loss is more serious for Scotland as he was outstanding in the 6Ns and they havent the depth at 8 they have for the wings.Will be very interested to see the squad when its announced
