France coach Philippe Saint André has called up Perpignan's Guilhem Guirado to replace suspended hooker Christopher Tolofua ahead of the November Tests.
On Thursday, Tolofua was handed a six-week suspension for a dangerous tackle during Toulouse's victory over Treviso in the Heineken Cup last week, opening the way for Guirado to get a recall.
26-year-old Guirado has 15 Test caps and featured for France during the 2011 World Cup in New Zealand.
