Wales may have to do without Gethin Jenkins for their Six Nations clash with Scotland next week after the prop injured his calf.
Jenkins suffered the injury during Wales' 26-9 victory over Italy on Sunday and with his club, Toulon, confirming he will be sidelined for 10 days, the 32-year-old faces a race against time to return to fitness.
"We will find out a bit more when he arrives here and the physios can cast an eye over him," explained Wales assistant coach Robin McBryde.
"It is going to be a close call. We will have to see how he responds to treatment."
Bath prop Paul James is the man likely to be charged with replacing Jenkins should he be ruled out.
Coach Rob Howley will name is side for the match on Tuesday.

Unlucky, just coming into a bit of form!
