Dylan Hartley and Courtney Lawes have been released by England to play this weekend - plus eight more players including James Haskell.
The following players will be released back to their clubs this evening for this weekend's Aviva Premiership matches:
Lee Dickson (Northampton Saints), Ben Foden (Northampton Saints), Dylan Hartley (Northampton Saints), James Haskell (London Wasps), Matt Kvesic (Worcester Warriors), Courtney Lawes (Northampton Saints), David Strettle (Saracens), Joel Tomkins (Saracens), David Wilson (Bath Rugby), Thomas Waldrom (Leicester Tigers)
Owen Farrell, Ben Morgan and Billy Vunipola will continue their recovery at Pennyhill Park under a joint club-England medical programme.
"This week is partly about recharging our batteries after a tough Test match but we trained well today and are in pretty good shape," said England head coach Stuart Lancaster.
"Owen is still recovering from his tight quad muscle and probably won't train this week but we are fortunate to have Toby who came on and did well against France."

I still don't think Foden is fully fit. I hope he gets fit soon because he does offer more than Goode, especially in attack. Fodens defence is generally solid too.
Hartley needs a kick up the derrière to get him back on track. And I think that Lawes is better in the 2nd row.

good news for ben foden I reckon. Bad news for Alex Goode, but Goode's lack of threat and pace has been shown up vs both Scotland and France and his positional play and pretty much non-existant sweeping cover also helped make Fofana's try. This horse is definatley a wet weather player. Good under the high ball, decent kicking game and a nice side step to confound chasers, but on a dry firm pitch or under the roof in cardiff he won't help England finish off try scoring chances. I think its important for Foden to get two matches under his belt before the trip to cardiff.
