Excellent.
It's starting to look like a good coaching team, with each having a specialist role. GR should be scrum coach, but I think we need a line-out coach and a "breakdown" coach too. Richard Hill / Neil Back and ..?

Kind of conflicted with this news. Overall i think it's a good thing, neither Catt nor Farrell has proven they can do a combination of defence and attack. What they have proven is that they have the respect of the players and they will be listened too. By splitting the responsibility I'm hopeful we'll finally see a bit of cutting edge to the English backs whilst keeping the bone crunching defence that has been growing for some time.
