I've been in Mendoza once....beauty of a place, so much to see around and you can easely get lost (in all the meanings) in those beautiful vineyards.
Great restaurants and much more friendly people then Buenos Aires. The landscape is breathtaking. Not to mention the meat cuts who are absolutly prime.

I am more excited for this game than the ABs vs Wallabies encounter. Go the Pumas! I have a feeling the boks are in for a long night...

Looks awesome and will be a great day for test rugby history.
Hoping the Argies get some points on the board ( although I'm a bok fan!)

I can't wait to get there and watch a game and enjoy a malbec or 3!

I hope the Pumas score a try or two - even if they lose.

@Buba - what are the weather predictions for Mendoza over the weekend?

Mendoza was Argentina`s NPC Champion in 2004. This year they ended up almost at the bottom of the first division. I never heard about a "De Cuyo" club. Cuyo is the geographical name of the region that comprises part of four provinces.
Don`t worry of that picture. The stadium was revamped last year for the football Americas cup.
As an Argentine is one of my favorites places. It`s the land of sun and grat wines

judging by those seats at least you don't have to miss any of the match to go to the toilet.
