@Bitathisnow

Conrad Smith only won because he is in a very good team...BOD is way more consistently and a great leader...

Its just strange that Bissmark is chosen as hooker of the year but he doesn`t even started for the Boks...It says something about the coaching staff...

Very disappointed theres no David Boland in this team. He's been immense for the Rock Firsts.

And to stress - MAJORITY votes here. I love McCaw but he was injured for so much of the year and Pocock was consistently good in nearly every game he played.

Again, this is simply statistics on who voted - not one person's team. So stop the bloody complaining.

Great looking side. Think McCaw desreved more than 10% of the vote though. He finished the year on a high and played very smartly in the later stages of the world cup.

Still dont get why Dan Carter is the choice for no.10 this year, he missed most of the world cup and was on the losing side in both the tri-nations and the super 14,dont get me wrong he is a class player but I dont think he had the best year in a fly-halfs jersey, should really have gone to Johnathon Sexton or Quade Cooper both of whom had great seasons apart from world cup blips. Also Conrad Smith?!Should have been BOD, consistently played well all year and never stopped putting his body on the line even when his shoulder was crocked. I agree with the rest

Hmmm, fine looking team. No McCaw? No Dusautoir? Who captains these blokes? Matfield??

Can't really argue with that, maybe McCaw ahead of Pocock after the WC Semi head-to-head and Genia wasn't the best 9 at the WC but still won the 3N so probably deserves it.
