Ospreys and Wales centre Ashley Beck is still battling his way back to full fitness following a hip operation back in May.
The 24-year-old went under the knife to fix the long-running issue and is now aiming to return to action later this year.
Obviously frustrated by the need to take so long out of the sport, Beck is however focused on making sure this his recovery goes as smoothly as possible.
Beck and the Ospreys have circled November in the calendar for his return to action in the Pro12.
"It was not only getting frustrating for me, but also for Steve (Tandy) and the coaches at the Ospreys," Beck told the South Wales Evening Post.
"They were trying to manage me in training so I could play on the weekend, but it just wasn't getting better, I had to get it sorted.
"I am looking at mid-November for coming back so it is going to be a long process, but it is important that I don't try and rush back.
"I have just come off the crutches so it is case of trying to build up the muscles now and after that I start the running drills."
