Cardiff Blues have been dealt a blow with the news that captain and flank Sam Warburton is out of Sunday's match due to a chest infection.
Warburton, who has just returned to the Blues from Test duty with Wales, has been suffering with a chest infection at the latter part of the week and has been advised by medical staff to rest.
Josh Navidi moves to openside, Robin Copeland moves to blindside flank off the bench and Luke Hamilton is now a replacement wearing 20.

melkdave -- it seems that way doesn't it; fitness, form and confidence are all inter-related and Warburton seems to have none of them at the moment. Post world-cup expectations and statements that he was a shoe-in for the Lions captaincy can't have helped matters either ... it will be interesting to see what he can do leading up to the 6N's and then in the 5 games there - typically it only takes one or two really good games to get things going in teh right direction but the trick is, getting those games!! Reminds me of Wilkinson before he left for Toulon, different end of the career spectrum mind you but same thing: couldn't get a fitness break, form suffered, expectations were way high and the downward spirral continued untl he moved, then bang ... shows what a move to the South of France can do ... Wonder if Warburtons passport is up-to-date??

To be honest ,i think S.Warburton should just write this season off,he is spending more time injured and ill than playing.His form has dipped dramitically because of it,and imo atm he isnt worth his place in the welsh squad.let alone a Lions.Its a real shame with it being a Lions year,but he is young enough to go on the next tour,if he can regain his form of 2011.Time to give J.Tipric an extended run at 7 in the 6Ns imo.
