The bokke breakdown is a cause for concern, atm the backrow looks unbalanced, and the need for a fetchher is fairly obviouse. With HB injured why isnt SK even in the squad ,Having big powerfull runners, carrying the ball ,will only take you so far .You still have to secure the ball in the breakdown, and atm the bokke are very bad at doing that imo.

The bok ruck ball is a cause for concern. They'll be up against the best counter ruckers in the world when they take on the Kiwis.

Looked like those locks and 7 weren't hitting enough rucks.

Four test matches and breakdown/losing turnovers still not fixed... Expect big trouble against good counter-attacking teams (NZ & Oz)

let's hope Brussow is back from injury soon and Meyer is willing to pick him. The Sharks back row lacked intensity at the breakdown

Boy, he's talking Morne up. I applaud him for his place-kicking display but he's been incredibly inconsistent and simply lucky to still be first choice. Clever words from Meyer, "outstanding in all facets of his game". Yes, HIS game, which is limited. I've got nothing against the guy and admire his temperament to come back but I'm worried that truly talented no10s like Jantjes and Goosen will suffer under Meyer. And thus so will creative back play. Just how do the Boks transition from a "deep" no10 to an attacking, ball-in-hand no10? Seeming less likely to me and Meyer seems to be starting the PR to excuse such a move. Hope I'm wrong.

We did not protect the pill. I think Daniel is not a no 8. Does not have the size. Our set piece was poor. We did not really challange on their line outs. When we play the AB's and Ozz who will have better creative players, we might be exposed. Still not convinced with Kirschner at 15. Would play Ludek myself or Lambie. Well done to the Pumas. Great to have them in the Championship.

'bok's need to improve at the breakdown', pffft the boks need a miracle at the breakdown, poor in the english series and poor now, catch a wake up

That's weird FISH hasn't made and comments on this article yet...
I thought that the Boks performance at the breakdown was quite poor, way too many turnovers conceded, they definitely need to look at this before going into the matches against team that may be more clinical with turn-over ball...
