@passtheball, I'm not certain that I'd run at SBW if I were the Sharks. They'd do be better to move them a bit wider, if possible and target Horrell, SBW, from what I've seen struggles with elusive runners, not big ones.

That would also help overcome the lack of an inside centre for the Sharks if they combine Daniel and Alberts in the midfield.

The chiefs have looked very good at preventing the ball getting out wide by coming up very outside in, defensively. Smashing the oncoming outside centre might allow quick ball to Pieterson against more exposed outside defence off the next phase.

I'm hoping for a great game, but I think the Chiefs have enough to win this (and maybe reasonably comfortably). Even the games they lostat the end of the season, they were able to up the tempo when they needed to and were slightly unlucky to lose both.

@ ZAoorALLES_4E - I'm fairly sure it was Sona in the two very blatant niggles. There was the line-out when he just strolled across and shove Richie - brilliant! And then sortly afterwards on the touchline. Again, off the ball, wandered over and gave him a shove. I'm fairly sure they were just trying to get RMc to lose his cool and he almost did.

ST vs BdP..? Now there's a prospect.

Maybe the question is who will the Sharks target? Sona, Kerr Barlow? The Sharks tactics are critical to how the game pans out. I figure they will attack the lineout, especially if Clark is out, and have the big guys run at SBW in the midfield for starters.

Ritchie is used to doing all the annoying in NZ rugby so it was great to see him get full attention - it did put him off his game too. Not sure this ref wont hand out a yellow though.

Taumalolo will most certainly target BdP and I'd hazard a guess that he will have more success than he did with McCaw.

For me this is the two best side in the comp so it should shape up to be an absolute cracker.

@ APV1....would be great to see Taumalolo & Bismarck go at each other. Look out for Kerr-Barlow to target Michalak all day.

So who do you think Sona Taumalolo is going to be asked to target in the final? I loved the way he was trying to get a rise out of Richie in the last match, with the constant shoving and off-the-ball niggles. And I loved the fact that Richie, for a change, actually had a go back (albeit, it came to nothing).

It's going to be a hot one and I can't wait!
