Ruaidhri, my boy, I wish you all the best in Australia. I suspect you will have to sit it out till 2014 to gain eligibility.
BUT, if you want to be considered for Ireland, you need to move a little closer to Dublin. We have only 3 top class props in Ireland and we need a second desperately! Hope you can play loosehead??

So Ireland has a propping crisis...yet we let props of this quality slip through the net. The level of incompetence in the IRFU and the Irish management is breathtaking.

Have to see the humour in this - several threads running here with so many posters criticising SBW re 'loyalty' and her we have a player asking for a dispensation to play for Australia, yet admitting he'd consider an offer from Ireland.
A dollar each way.
In his favour, at least he has an Oz passport, shows some commitment.
