Dragons chasing fly-half Goode?

According to reports in Wales, former England and Worcester fly-half Andy Goode is being lined up by struggling RaboDirect PRO12 outfit the Dragons.

The 32-year-old, who was 17 caps for his country, is likely to become second-choice at Sixways in 2013/14 due to the arrival of Paul Warwick.

According to the South Wales Argus, the region are keen to bring him in and it is understood the former Tigers pivot has visited Rodney Parade.

The current fly-half options in the Dragons squad are youngsters Lewis Robling and Steffan Jones, with Dan Evans also an option at their disposal.

@ GoWalesGo - Hear! Hear! Part of me says Bath would do well to swap him for Donald for exactly those reasons.

I actually think he'd be a really good signing for them. A bit like Dan Parks at Connacht. He'll bring some much needed structure to the backline, a good kicking game, a goal kicking game and experience to the young backs and he'll help influence the two young 10's who are learning their trade.
