That final with Argentina was very scrappy between play. The boys held their nerve well. Will be great to see some quality rugby played between two teams with amazing young talent.

Should be a great final, one between the correct two teams imo, just hope the Baby Blacks can sneak it. It would be great for SANZAR to set up a junior tournament of the RC like they do with a U20 6N if I'm not mistaken? Although I suppose it would have to be at some other stage of the year.

This will be a great game too watch both team deserve too be in the this final i sort of lean to the A/B getting over chalk line only because they have skill factor
over the boke they have speed too match their opponents

@Trader2 that's the problem with trolls they do tend to exaggerate.

I have not seen @anotherfarce commenting here so will remind him of his post last week directed at Ramage
"The Welsh just knocked over your unbeatable baby blacks, in the U/20 JWC apparently never beaten in this comp. having watched the match, the points margin was only 3, but they didnt handle the welsh forward pack physicality who monstered them. Yes the conditions were wet & boggy, but I forgot it never rains in NZ.
The Irish U/20s ran amok over the boks.
England are also looking very threatening. While Australia choked to Argentina.
Except for Argentina all the others are NH sides so give that nonsense a rest.
A lot of these fellas also play in the S15 so whats the go??????"
Perhaps next time @anotherfarce may wait a little longer before gloating too much, it can come back to bite you on the proverbial. I have just watched the game and apart from the first 20 mins the Welsh just were not in it. They have a pretty good forward pack (well one very good prop anyway) but as we all know in this hemishere you need to have some backs and the Welsh backs just did not function. There was hardly a backline move put together, surely they didn't think they would win this tournament with just a forward pack, oh wait Wales are in the NH! Wales were very good at putting about 25 people behind the ball at ruck time for the box kick but that was about it. Anyway @anotherfarce I hope your questions have been answered like yes it does rain in NZ but we can still produce brilliant backs, whats your excuse? Also I could be wrong but I don't think there were any S15 players in the NZ team, at least not 1st squad members.
Should be a great final I haven't seen SA play so looking forward to it make sure you look and learn a little @anotherfarce old chum.

Just goes to show what a team can do when playing on top of the ground and not ploughing through it. Despite this I too have a feeling that this will be the year for the baby Boks.

Congratulations to the Baby Boks and the Baby Blacks; well played.
Great run for Wales and Argentina, as well; they showed impressive improvement, good perspectives for their senior teams.

I'd pick SA to win the final, 10pts, games I've seen they are simply a better team; all the semifinalists have played good rugby once they got onto decent grounds, thought NZ have looked weak at times - but - as with all teams, have to be realistic - we are watching young adults play, maybe we'll be here next year seeing some of this weekend's names in their country's test squads.
Great tournament, only pity is any publicity is overshadowed by the international test series underway at the same time.

Nice to see the baby blacks put those Welsh demons to bed, still think they'll be up against it in the final though.
20,000 for a semi vs Argentina, wonder what the crowd will be like for a final against the old rivals?

final should be a good one; both teams putting their first round losses behind them - SA to Ireland and NZ to Wales, and perhaps puts the 'SH rugby is doomed' posts into perspective, I still believe that NZ's loss to Wales was good for the NZ team; well-deserved to Wales that day, but for NZ to get rid of that 'unbeaten' tag earned by totally different, earlier teams at same tournament.

Junior All Blacks scrum got dominated and they were not committed to the ruck arae for the first 20 minutes (what is Penney doing?!) which lead to multiple penalties and all of Wales points and they may also struggle against the big South Africa forwards.
South African speed merchants look very dangerous and may have an edge in a foot race.
NZ need quick ball or turn overs for their backs to put points on the board I suspect.
Anyway it should be a good final and could go either way.

I've just heard that the IRB have ordered the game to be replayed. The ref took so long to set each scrum, that apparently all the players were over 100 by the end, and therefore ineligible!
