Fitness battle: Alwyn Hollenbach
Lions caretaker head coach Johan Ackermann has made one change to his starting XV for Saturday's clash with the Sharks in Johannesburg.
Ackermann, however, could make further changes to the side as there are still some injury concerns.
There is uncertainty whether lock Michael Rhodes will replace the injured Hendrik Roodt, while Jaco Taute could make his return to the run-on side in the place of Alwyn Hollenbach.
Hollenbach is still nursing an injury and his selection for Saturday's match will be confirmed only on Friday.
