This guy has long been what ireland have long needed, he showed in the heineken cup last year that he can match heaslip inch for inch, step for step but he can do it consistently...and not to mention he has a fantastic offloading game...We'll miss him at the gardens as he's certainly been one of our best backrowers since we signed him but I'm glad (for his sake) that he's heading home (ps: imagine him ferris and SOB in a backrow for ireland).

Fantastic news! This is a great move for Ulster and for Roger Wilson. Wilson is without a doubt one of the best number 8's in the Aviva Premiership and will play a big part in helping Ulster continue to move forward in the future. Also im sure that Roger Wilson wont be the only player that Mr Humphreys will sign for next season! Exciting times ahead for Ulster fans!

As a Saints fan I will miss him greatly. Was a fine, reliable and dependable player. Ulster's gain is definitely a loss for Saints.

Great news for Wilson; fine number 8 and could become a mainstay in the Irish team
