This never seems to turn out well. The biggest instant where it was an issue was when Eddie O Sullivan was given a four year contract just before the 2007 world cup. Que the worst Ireland performance in a world cup (in my humble opinion) and Eddie was out within a year.

Having said that, I think this guy's the best for the role and the Aussies would be daft to let him go!!!

So far so good for the Reds in 2011. The Wallabies are yet to find out how good it is so far for them this year.
