Earls made his debut at outside centre against Canada in 2008 and scored within three minutes.
He also played against New Zealand in the autumn internationals and has been a starring player in Munster's run to the Heineken Cup semi-finals.
With just two caps under his belt and a mere 24 appearances for Munster, Earls is something of a surprise inclusion, but if potential is to be rewarded, he has it in spades.
Could end up as one of the stars of the tour if he gets his chance.
